FREEDOM
The world promises freedom but often delivers only distraction. We chase fulfillment in busy schedules and endless scrolling, only to find ourselves more tired and less connected. But what if true freedom isn’t found in adding more, but in stepping away? What if it’s discovered in silence, in authentic community, and in the presence of the One who made us for more?
This is the invitation of our Young Adult Retreat at Annunciation Heights. From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, we will trade burnout for peace and distraction for presence. This weekend is a journey to the heart of true interior freedom, found in Jesus Christ. We will dive deep into the source of this freedom—the Eucharist—through a series of powerful talks and shared prayer.
That freedom is meant to be lived out with joy. We’ll also unleash our spirits through play and adventure in the beauty of the mountains. You’ll have the chance to conquer the high ropes course, fly down the zipline, enjoy the lake, and greet the dawn on an optional sunrise hike.
Come to the Heights to be refreshed in mind, body, and soul. Bring a friend, find your inner camper, and leave rooted in the lasting freedom that only Christ can give.
