Summer Camp 2020
Thank you for registering for Summer Camp 2020 at Annunciation Heights! We are so excited to have your camper join us for a week of adventure, friendship, and faith in the beautiful Rocky Mountains!
In response to voiced parent complaints and significant issues with the online camp registration process last year, we have moved to a new registration system, and thankfully, the new database is now ready!
Thank you for your patience as we worked to get the new system up and running. Hopefully you will find it user friendly and easy to navigate. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or issues you may have as you navigate the registration process.
If you had an account last year (2019) on our old software server, your account should have been migrated over to this new database. Simply go through the password reset process using the email on your old account to claim the imported account here, and create a new password for this new database! If you try to use the same imported email address to create a new account, it will not allow you to continue. If this is your first time to our registration site, please start by creating a new account under the sign-up area. For all subsequent visits, you can sign in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please, click on the password reset link on the login page.
Please let us know if you have any question as you navigate the new software. We are excited to roll out this more friendly, simple system in response to parent feedback last year!
Finally, for those you who registered before January 1, 2020, your Early Bird Discount will be manually entered by our team once you have registered in the new system. Fear not, your discount will be applied to your account!!!
Again, camp sessions are as follows:
Please Note: Elementary weeks will be for Grades 4-5. Middle school weeks will be for Grades 6-8. High school weeks will be for Grades 9-12. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Please contact Luke Hlavin (information below) with any questions or concerns. For the full information on camp, please remember to visit the Summer Camp Page by clicking here.
We look forward to welcoming your camper to camp, and making sure they have a week of camp that they will not soon forget.
