Meeting Room Items

A podium and white board are located in Zion Hall and Tabor Hall and are always available for use in their respective locations. Anything that you will not need/use, please leave blank.

Additional Activities (seasonal; additional cost; minimum 1 hour run time)

The following activities must be reserved at least THREE WEEKS PRIOR to arrival on site. They require extra staff and may limit the number of activities that can be run consecutively. For your safety, they are weather dependent. The number of participants per hour is the number physically possible, please plan on enough time for all in your group to have a chance to participate.

Additional Resources

Includes one each of the following: fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow & pillowcase, blanket, towel, face towel, and wash cloth. Linens must be reserved 3 weeks prior to retreat.

Cost: $30/20 guests. 15 roasting sticks to be shared.

Cost: $2.00 per bus per mile and an additional $25 for an hour of the bus driver’s time.

Typical check-in time is 4pm. We cannot always accommodate an early arrival, but please let us know when you would like to arrive, and we will let you know if that works for us!
