Carpooling
Bus (school-provided or chartered)
Would like more information on transportation options offered by Annunciation Heights

Please select the method of transportation being used by your school to arrive at camp. Note: We encourage schools to utilize parent carpooling when possible as an opportunity to further invite families to experience the mission of JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School.

Lesson Track Selection

Please rate your preference of lesson tracks below. Take a peak at the Program Guide above for a detailed description of each lesson track.

Lesson Track Choice
If you are bringing multiple grades, do you want distinct lesson tracks for each grade?*
Yes
No, I prefer the same track for all grades attending.
I am only bringing one grade.
Would you like to substitute either Human Wilderness Survival or Low Ropes for any of the lessons within your selected track?
Yes
No

Estimated Number of Adults

As long as the minimum ratio is covered, your school is welcome to bring as many chaperones as you would like! See the chart in our FAQ’s at the top of the page to calculate the minimum chaperone-to-student ratio for your group. It is highly recommended to bring at least two female and two male chaperones. Clergy or Religious chaperones attend for free. At least one chaperone must come trained and prepared to administer students' medications because, while all of our JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School staff are CPR/First Aid certified, Annunciation Heights does not have a nurse on full-time staff.

Number of Students

The minimum number of students for a JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School program is 15. Historically, JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School has largely served 6-8th grade middle school students. As we continue to develop our curriculum and program offerings, we are happy to discuss potential programs for your 5th grade or 9-12th grade students. To do so, please contact the Director at (970) 586-5689.
