  • Program Days/Dates

Take note of the above calendar of availability as you consider your first, second, and third choices for program dates. If your chosen dates are not currently listed as “Available” or “In-Progress Hold” on this calendar, you may be asked to resubmit your Inquiry Form. All JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School Programs are three days long, beginning on Wednesdays and ending on Fridays.

  • Estimated Number of Adults

As long as the minimum ratio is covered, your school is welcome to bring as many chaperones as you would like! See the chart in our FAQ’s at the top of the page to calculate the minimum chaperone-to-student ratio for your group. It is highly recommended to bring at least two female and two male chaperones. Clergy or Religious chaperones attend for free. At least one chaperone must come trained and prepared to administer students' medications because, while all of our JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School staff are CPR/First Aid certified, Annunciation Heights does not have a nurse on full-time staff.
  • Number of Students

The minimum number of students for a JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School program is 15. Historically, JPII Outdoor Lab/Summit School has largely served 6-8th grade middle school students. As we continue to develop our curriculum and program offerings, we are happy to discuss potential programs for your 5th grade or 9-12th grade students. To do so, please contact the Director at (970) 586-5689.
