Compensation Range: $16 - $22/hr. Pay commensurate with experience, salary history, and additional role(s) as well as housing needs
The Hospitality and Office Manager is a full-time, year-round position with the overall responsibility of caring for guests and overseeing scheduling at the Annunciation Heights and Camp St. Malo properties.
The job includes managing the office at Annunciation Heights, coordinating volunteers and supporting the Director of Hospitality in providing service to all guests.
The Hospitality and Office Manager will handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations. Coordinate check-ins, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. Manage schedules across multiple programs at Annunciation Heights and Camp St. Malo. Help put systems in place to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with housekeeping to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
The Hospitality and Office Manager position reports to the Director of Hospitality. Primary responsibility is to ensure that guests are taken care of, and schedules are kept up to date.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant work experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties:
Be the first point of contact for Annunciation Heights including answering phones and general emails.
Registrar duties for Annunciation Heights run programs.
Manage office supplies and cleanliness of the office.
Coordinate volunteer schedules and communication with staff to facilitate great experiences for all.
This position is responsible for managing Annunciation Heights group booking and general schedule.
Manage the master calendar including booking lodging and meeting rooms as well as staff schedules.
Booking Management: Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests, coordinate the hosts for guest groups.
Hospitality during Guest Stays: Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay
Address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally
Assist the Director of Hospitality with overseeing housekeeping and resource set ups for groups
Competencies and Qualifications:
Refrain from public promotion or approval of any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause scandal in relationship to, the Archdiocese of Denver, or considered to be in contradiction with Christian doctrine or morals;
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality, or a related field
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Be part of a dynamic and supportive team
Depending on the needs of the camp, may need to be available to work outside of a normal work week, including some weekends.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs.

To exemplify a general attitude of helpfulness to other staff and volunteers, campers, parents, and user groups
To give assistance in any phase of the ongoing operation of the camp when need warrants and when assigned by the Executive Director
To joyfully give 100% effort to the job, understanding that it is all encompassing and may require more than 40 hours per week at different times of the year.
